Another really great photo - but without the title it doesn't say "waiting" to me (my personal opinion). So - nice picture - just not for this competition. By the way - I generally ignore the title, and look for the photo to speak on its own.

This is a nice picture with good color - but without the title it doesn't convey "waiting" to me. I try to look for the photo to convey the image itself - without really relying on the title. This is a nice picture (and may also have worked as black and white as well), but doesn't convey waiting for me.

This is great - finally a picture that actually conveys "waiting" and not just someone fishing or sitting! The expression, and hand on glass is great, as is the use of the lighting and the clock on the wall. Good composition, nicely placed bottle of wine, opener etc., it all adds up to a lady waiting... even the blue tinge makes for a sombre mood. Great.
