Not in Kansas Anymoreby neilmwilsonComment: A good idea for the challenge topic, I think. I would prefer if the color was tuned down a bit. It seems oversaturated to me, or appears that way in contrast to the gray shades in the rest of the photo. |

Redby DJLubaComment: I'm not sure that this photo has been improved with desaturation, since there were only two colors to begin with (the red and the leather seats, right?) I do like the photo though -- it's a pleasing abstract. |

Watch the Birdyby BooZonComment: Wow, beautiful bird! A shame that some tail feathers got clipped off the side of the frame. Otherwise, nice image. |

Little Girl Blueby gabrielrjrComment: Cute. I probably would have desaturated the blue a touch just so it didn't contrast SO much, but that's more of a personal preferance I think. The focus seems a little soft, but it's a nice photo. |

Making A Pointby e301Comment: LOL. Hmmm.... so, right turns aren't allowed here? ;)
Nice photo. The touchs of blue add rather than distract from the overall image. Well done. |

Red Devilby NazgulComment: One of my immediate favorites. Good use of selective color -- it draws the eye right to the subject of the photo. The red is a nice rich color without being artificial in appearance. Composition is good too with the rule of thirds. Cropping the top portion of the musician also keeps the subject in focus. |

Baby Bluesby trying2bstillComment: What a gorgeous baby! Nice photo, and good application of selective desaturation. It really highlights the nice features of the baby without being distracting to the image overall. Well done. |
