Just the woman critically examining her excellent figure for flaws would've been a powerful photo. I find the angel wings an unnecessary distraction, and not relevant to the message (as I perceive it). I love the composition of the photo. Nice lighting, with the exception of the overexposed wings. It's cute. She's got a great expression (cute little mouth!) and is looking right at the camera for you.

I think it might be a stronger image if the pink glasses were shifted a bit to the right, following the rule of thirds. If you'd just turned the camera slightly to the left you could have included the baby's right hand in the frame, but left off the empty space on the baby's left. And then the glasses, the photo's focus, then would've been towards the top right corner. Just my suggestion. :)
