Rusty Door Hingeby menardmamComment: Blue and rust go together well. The subject though is quite erratic. Cropping just to the right of the hole on the right hand side helps a little to reduce the confusion.

Not At Allby GPComment: This does not respond to the wording of the challenge. The sidewalk is unappealing, and the composition of the arc if I blur the background does not quite appeal.

Iron-rich Oklahoma Soilby postoakinversionComment: Very nice. Great time of day to get the most out of the reds. The shadow of the pail occupies just a little more space than I would like. I was born in Tulsa, but moved three days after, to a geologically minded father who often spoke of the red mud but did not mention the iron in the soil.

Still Hangin Onby jen1979Comment: Very nice use of deeply shadowed under bridge to provide contrast for focused area of chain. diffused reflection in water is also nice in locating chain. I would crop the bottom at the tip of the tree and remove one little spot of light under the bridge. The exposure could be reduced just a tad.

Mount Everustby PatrolComment: Great idea. I would like this much better if height were more emphasized by getting closer to the bottom of the pile. The clouds dimiinish the height by their size, so the less of them the better.
