Even though the challenge was "shadows" I would like to have seen a little better focus on the flower-But because of the rare nature of the purple cast within the shadow I still gave you a 10. Nice shot.

This is without question the most dramatic shadow of the challenge - However, If I were to offer a little criticism it would be to zoom out a little. You might adjust the shutter speed a little and I cant help but wonder what this would look like in color.

I am glad to see this entry, "the ultimate shadow" I was watching this from California. I had my camera in my hand and the cloud cover ruined the oppertunity. I hope everyone gives you a bonus point for difficulty. This is a rare occurance.
