all in a rowby jmritzComment: The pixilation is too strong, Im not sure if it is intentional or not but it lends no favour to the shot at all. |

Dartmoor Prisonby P-A-U-LComment: Great shot, nicely processed, wonderfully framed with powerful skies to darken the very door you about to enter.
I may of gone a bit darker in the shaddows but i'm on a dark vibe at this time but still one of the better images .. 8 |

Strong and Solidby SH_00NComment: Harsh contrast in B&W is excellent for creating a strong mood, power. I really enjoyed the honeycombed windows like watching eyes. I also liked the saw edge in the bottom left as if to say "we are a small axe, ready to chop you down" ..

Fine art by GeorgesBogaertComment: I can feel fear.
HDR is big these days but it can be a tad too much at times, i enjoy the darkness of shaddows they have a part to play too.
Great perspective and selection of lens for the shot though, it's like a big hairy monster leaning over me ready to engulf me. |

Transitions: the way we were (the way we are)by Bear_MusicComment: Im not sure where you are standing or that you HAVE to stand there but I feel this would of been stronger if you could of gotten a straighter view of the 2 bridges and created a layer effect with the threes, the new bridge, the water (passing of time), the reflection(memories) followed by the older bridge replaced but never forgotten. If you just crop off the left side until there is only water you will see what i mean, hope you get my point, nice image. 6 |

fairytale reverieby animal_loverComment: This could of been better IMO, a simple crop at the top to remove the ridge makes it stronger and more personal IMO. I do understand why you left the window in the frame and the trees side-framing really works too 6 |

RIP 2012by GolferDDSComment: love the shot. especially in B&W, however, i'm really not keen on the pumped shaddows... I used to edit this way myself long ago to point of agony in the eyes... you have not reached that point in this edit though so it's still a 6 from me, but if I may offer a preference, Allow the shaddows to tell their story and also to keep their secrets... The days of HDR are over :) |

Old Chapelby DistantColoursComment: too much HDR for my taste, keeping the shadows would of increased the emotive look of this wonderful place. |
