tempus fugitby whiteroomComment: nice concept. The reflections really cut the impact back, unfortunately. Also, maybe could've used more contrast, although the "old-fasioned" look to the whole thing is appealing. |

Chess Anyone?by ChefbozComment: It looks like the flash was used on this. A really good concept, but the implementation left something to be desired. Keep at it! |

Socialby AaronComment: nice composition, and great detail on the foreground stem. |

Ready for launchingby skalman69Comment: not sure if this meets the "opposites" theme. Too bad the lighting washed it out so much, or it would have been a really appealing shot. |

Taste - tea or water?by leteneleComment: The impromptu snap-shot style is odd on this one. The black napkin distracts some, as does the hilite above the tea. I suppose they count as "opposites", although they're really pretty similar. :) |

Extra Extra!by zwhitleyComment: lighting is pretty harsh, and this doesn't really speak "opposites" to me. |

Nuts and bolts. Focus and blured. Light and dark. Many and few.by Kjetil HansenComment: A simple shot like this only works if it's technically perfect. This one left me wanting a better exposure, without blown hilites, and I wish it was either deliberately a small DOF, or everything was tack sharp (the bolts in the foreground in particular). But nice layout, and fun "opposites" concept. |

Complementersby mannjuditComment: Can't say I really see the opposites theme represented here. Otherwise, decent shot, maybe too harsh on the lighting (was it in bright sunlight?) |
