Great composition - I like the way the flag's bright colors stand out from the detailed, but almost monochromatic surroundings. Nice composure, and very well balanced!

I really like this image. I'm a sucker for water, piers, and lighthouses. I would have liked it even more if the horizontal line at the pier's end was aligned with the horizontal horizon line. It's very subtle, but I think it would be an improvement.

Great to see the bug in this - I like a subtle detail that rewards the second glance. Looks like the focus is good except for one spot near upper left. Nice composition.

Looks like a touch of blurring upper right of the flower which is distracting. Nice cleaning of the background - nothing distracting at all. I haven't figured this out yet, but you've obviously mastered it!

Oklahoma Sunset

This would be a nice shot on its own, but by contrasting the machinery against the sunset it's very dramatic. Great saturation in the shy, and excellent composition.

I'd like to see this taken from a slightly lower point of view with the intent of making the "tracvks to infinity" effect more pronounced. Also seems slightly overexposed so that some detail is washed out of the rocks in the upper right - possibly exposure compensation -1 would help, or a quicker shutter speed. I like the way you kept the foreground free of distraction - emphasizes the trackes nicely.

The Sailor

This image has a definite poster quality... The one thing which I keep getting hung up on is the sailor looks almost artificially highlighted. I'd like to see the subject more silhouetted so that I got the "idea" of the sailor, but could focus on the dramatic skys and water, and how the sailor blends into those elements rather than how the sailor contrasts with the elements. Hopefully this makes snese - but overall this is a fantastic shot!

Great exposure! Not only is the water blur excellent, but the detail in the surrounding regions is very cool as well. Nice technical composition!
