I think this theme would work better if you showed a person biting their nails. Would maje for a more accessible image. Without the title it wouldn't be an obvious theme.

Is dog walking the habit? A bit shaky on the theme to me. The woman is blurry, which is a problem as a primary subject, and the dog seems to blend in to the background too well. These two issues really undermine the strength of the subjects.

If the perspective were more to the left it could have removed the bookcase and left the curtains as the left border. That might have cleared a distraction. Nice exposure on the dog's face.

Nice use of the frame to make your subject obvious. Good depth of field as well. I think the type of chocolate you selected could be inmproved. the cookie-like pieces have that whitish texture on them which detracts. More of the dark chocoloate, or other forms with a sharper outline would have made this more dramatic to me.
