Robert Moses State Parkby TLL061Comment: Feels slightly titled counter clockwise... The sky works nicely with this image, and I like the amount of foreground stone you hose to include leading up to the building. |

Man, like nature, must also be tamedby slimComment: Don't complicate a picture that stands on its own with too many words in the title... Nice colors, but it looks like this may have been handheld? A bit of detail is lost, especially visible on the boat. |

5:30am practice #500by Russell2566Comment: Great sports shot... I would have been chicken to do so myself, but the camer would need to be almost at water level (yep, even lower) to really get the dramatic effect it needed. The background shows too much from this angle. It is a very cool idea despite the nitpicks! |

Still signs of lifeby mattrixComment: Many distractions in thei shot keeping my eye from the subject, and the overesposure is enough to loose detail. |

Fungus Magentaby genghisComment: Cool idea, but not quite enough contrast on the subject (fungus shoots) to make them stand out. If you could have triggered a remote flash to the right it probably would have worked better. Also a little depth of field problem with over blurring the foreground. |

Tiger Tigerby StagoleeComment: That must have been amazing to witness - giant cats are awesome to watch. Great moment, but unfortunately the lighting wasn't great. Not much you could do about it, although a flash amy have helped uness you were behind glass. |

The Gorge at Watkins Glenby lwkimagesComment: Wow - another New Yorker (or someone travelling though NY). I deperately wanted to get down to the Glen for fall photography, but just didn't make it. This is a fantasticly scenic shot, and definitely makes me wish I'd made the trip. Your shutter couldn't have been better for the curtain fall on the left. |

Standing Watchby LtHousLadyComment: I like the monochromatic look - color would only add distraction from the essence of this image. Nice work! |
