Rusty Hands of Timeby KylieComment: Dramatic point of view. Lighting seems a bit too much on the bottom, but this image has a very unique feel to it. Well done. |

Missing Wheelby skalman69Comment: The green moss and blocking on the lower right distracts from the subject. The sharply contrasting shadow of the wheel well against the pavement also creates a distriction. Perhaps a more upwadr angle would have centered the image in the darker wheel well and emphasized it more. |

Rusty Door Hingeby menardmamComment: Wow - there's a lot to look at in this shot. I'm wondering if there would be a way to get more direct lighting on the pin/hinge to emphasize it. Might help as I think there isn't enough contrast between the design elements to really bring this image to its potential. |

Rusty Sprocketby mephotoComment: Nice lighting and shadows on the foreground, but the background seems to be a bit underexposed. |

Bridge over Timeby daveitComment: Great point of view. The background seems to blend into the subject, which may detract from its impact depending on what you were trying to capture. Only thing I can think of is maybe taking it with a lower Sun, or less lighting to help the trees be less overexposed. Very nice shot overall. |

Final holdby attacheComment: The title is fantastic, and the depth of field works perfectly as well. |

Still Usefulby David.CComment: Looks like this might be a bit oversharpened, and the shadows in the background are a little distracting. The lighting seems a bit too bright on the nest, almost washing it out. Ignoring the technical nit-picks though, it is a great "memory" shot, if not as much an artistic one. These robins will have the most secure nest in the neighborhood. |
