Still Standingby ssanComment: I love this one. I'm guessing the noise was intentional. It added texture
to a simple grey black canvas. And something profound about an old man's
lone silhouette just above the words "Still Standing". |

The dark wall near her face is a good contrast to her light skin and
powder blue jacket. Interesting subject. (Nothing beats adorable)
If this picture was a bit more sharp in focus, you'd have a winner. |

life and deathby StagoleeComment: Well done. Not only does this fit the challenge theme, but combined
with the title, "life and death" it's even profound, as a living leaf
is used as a background.
And technically, I like the sharp details on this closeup.
