Shadow of Fireby rkymtndreamComment: I think a horizontal crop of this shot would have been much more effective. The ground is very distracting from the shot, especially all of the white structures in the bottom. The sky is amazing, though, and I'm not usually one for sky shots. |

Moonlight Sonataby jmsetzlerComment: Finally! Someone who used shadows effectively, without beating me over the head with it. I think you really got the point of the challenge. Nice job. |

Sundial for Denizens of Cubesby d95vetteComment: This is a really boring photograph, and the documentary-style angle just magnifies that. Maybe a close-up or alternate angle with less boring space in the photograph would help. |

Concrete Grillby PatellaComment: Great shot and great title. Is the snail just slightly out of focus, or am I going blind from voting on all of these? :) |

Flower Shadowsby B3DComment: For a black and white image, the flower itself seems to hover too much around the middle-greys. It's just borderline between a soft shot and a nice, contrasty shot -- and I think it should go one way or the other. |

Mini-chaseby svaledaComment: Very creative, and very cool angle. I wish the police car was a little further off-center to really push things further out of perspective. Nice job, though. |
