I see what you're trying to say, however, this looks like something very old and abandoned, not wrecked. And the beer bottles (which are glared and show no detail) are very obviously placed after the fact. They might look better strewn about, like as if they were part of the crash. This particular shot I think would be much better without the political statement.

I think the lighting is kind of bright. All your detail is kind of dark to see. Dawn/dusk/overcast usually provides better lighting, but you could try forcing your flash to cut down on shadows.

too small. out of focus. i can't really find your focal point. don't see the connection to rusted, unless you are saying a museum is filled with old rusted stuff. not very interesting to me. sorry :-(
