I love the colors on this and the way you framed it with the mirror image. The central seam of the mirrors within the frame is a good anchor for your composition. I wish the photo were larger and crisper so that we got more detail, because I think it's a great subject for this challenge.

Rubbing

This is a bad habit I'm guilty of too ... I like the motion blur, which helps support the idea of motion and rubbing. I'd like the hand and eye to be blurred though and the bridge of the nose to be left in focus for that to work for me. The choice of B&W is nice and the skin tones are nicely exposed.

A nice capture. I like the light and how it does not quite cover the face. The arm up on the shoulder connotes a rather restful and relaxed state. The focus, especially on the top eyelid is very nice, helping to guide the eye to the subject of the composition and the idea of sleep.

A fascinating capture. I love the reflection of the light across his arms and hands. It creates a wonderful sense of action and excitement. I wish it was just a little crisper focus, but I understand shooting low light and action is difficult. I have trouble relating it to the challenge beyond your title but it must have been fun to shoot.

Your use of diffuse lighting is really nice, it helps to bring out the various textures and tones of the cigars and humidor. The mainly centered, straight-on composition is a little uninteresting, but a well-shot entry.

I like this idea very much and the use of the candle-light is very nice. It creates the sense of late nights and weariness. I am missing some of the details though because of the low light - I can't make up some of the details of the face and ear and the saucer on the table. A little overall fill light would help.

The composition and concept are very nice here, I like the folds in teh shirt and how they lead the eye back to the subject of the crossed fingers. The photo seems to be oversharpened or just slightly harsh and could use a little bump in the contrast to brighten up the whites.

I like the idea of this, the motion blur is quite nice, but the overall composition and exposure makes it a little uninteresting. A good topic for habits, as it seems to be a common thing where I live.

I like the expressoin on the face and the extrordinarily long ash on the cigarette. The harsh shadow from the flash distracts from the composition and the soft focus makes some of the better details mushy.
