This challenge has an overabundance of chain images - but yours has some very nice touches worth pointing out. The composition which leads the user from the bottom left toward the top right is great. Your exposure is near perfect. Colors work exceptionally well together. Finally - water and its reflections near the links add depth. Having said all that - it's missing that one "perfect" grabber that takes for a great submission to a ribbon for sure.

What a beautiful eye and surroundings. Perfect exposure. And on the right side the rust has a nice feel although a bit soft. Compositionally... that's a different story. 1) The little triangle at the bottom left corner (ear I believe) detracts a bit and would be easy to crop out. 2) Even though the right side is about the right proportion for me, it seems a bit "contrived." Finally your title "Hiding" seems inappropriate - the person with that eye WANTS to be seen. Hope this makes sense - because I really like what you did here.

A nice choice of perspective - lead-in lines from both sides of the bottom. Exposure looks to be right on. The white sky draws attention away from your subject.

Clever idea, nice exposure. It may be better if you could have positioned the rust at the bottom so that it did not have the blue elongated triangle below it.

The colors are great together - you made some good choices. My biggest problem with your presentation is the areas of soft focus. For this image, it would be much better it everything was crisp and sharp. I'd also recommend eliminating the third chain on the right border. It's still one of the best submission of rusty chain/chain links - gosh there must have been at least 20.
