Textbookby donnamt24Comment: This is the only picture I've commented on so far because I just have to know what the joke is. I'm sure it's really funny but I'm missing it. Please explain! |

The Floorby alonzo4bComment: you're pictures are great! i think using the rule of thirds more actively could improve your style and presentations |

Take Me Out to the Ballgameby alonzo4bComment: i really like this picture. but i was disappointed to realize when i clicked on it, that it was as big as it gets! probably something you've realized already, but a bigger image size would have helped this picture |

DSC00038.JPGby sbridgwaterComment: i love the pregnant form, this is just a little too noisy
i also think the composition could be a little to the right. that would move the brain to see less of the pregnant stomach, almost causing the idea of having a baby to override the pregnancy itself
great picture :-) |

dekotaby jmooreComment: i look at this picture and thought to myself "i like this picture. it just seems too.... not interesting. it seems too... posed
i think what i found that made me think that is the amount of space between the models legs and the bottom of the picture.
making her the center is one thing, but by centering her body, you draw the attention to somewhere slightly above her belly button.
moving the focus to the height of her armpit would give this picture the feeling of "freedom" it's looking for |

Picture 436.jpgby alonzo4bComment: the model in the striped shirt seems too distracted for this picture to be a "candid"...it almost looks too posed
i think he she were making eye contact with the other girl, it would convey a better idea of the camera "not being there" and you capturing a candid pose of the two ladies
i like this picture, and think it's a great shot
i also think (this is my very very inexperienced opinion) that the "subject" of the shot should be more on the thirds line. if she were more to the side, the eye would see the other girls arm first, see it was out of focus, look for an object, then see the striped shirt girl and almost "see it from her perspective" so to speak |
