Day 14 - Anna Hunting Treatsby MaryOComment: they are all great pictures and i like what you've done with the composite, my only complaint would be that I would like to see the three pictures on the right to be all the same dimensions.
but that's just being picky!!! |

Day 17 - Charlie contemplates some light readingby mistComment: the part i like most about this picture is that the leaves on the magazine cover appear to be in 3D.
they really pop out of the photograph.
I'm not sure if you just captured the colors well or if you did it later in Photoshop.
either way-well done-good pic |

Day 18: The Feather Stickby SiggavComment: even though you didn't get exactly what you wanted, it's still a good set of pictures.
my one small nit pick for this would be to either crop out the table(?) entirely or at least clone out the black lines in the table so the surface is totally uniform, like the bqckground is.
well done.

Day 15: Kitty's Faceby LoreneComment: I like this picture.
the background texture and the fur texture work well together.
and black and white suits it very well. |

Day 18 - Studied Indifferenceby MaryOComment: they always ignore you when you want them and always want you when you don't want them.
or something like that!
Anyway, you've captured that sentiment very well. |

Alice Through the Winding Stairby raishComment: great composition.
and framing.
my nitpicks for this image would be to lose the items in the window as they draw the eye away from the cat and maybe try to get the photo with more white in it rather than the grey it seems to be.
Otherwise you've done a great job.

Day 18by timfythetooComment: very nice!
I'm not sure what your editing experiment was, but probably something to do with the white?
if so, then you've done a good job on the composition/rule of thirds thing.
if only we could do that kind of thing legally in the challenges!
one thing I would like to see maybe changed would be taking the i.d tag and collar off.
just for the photo.
i think it would look better,

Day 15 - Loungingby xXxscarletxXxComment: i don't think I'm too keen on the border.
but i do really like the dest/black and whiteness of the picture.
all of your editing seems to fit the mood of your pictures really well.
and the photo itself is, again, excellent.
great focus, depth of field and point of view,
just great. |
