Double Sevenby vaguiloComment: This is better than the others of this genre. Love the vry high contrast. Good job. |

sketch a rainbowby coldaComment: Another classic DPC subject well shot, cropped and editied. Focus is spot on (thank you) and the texture fo the wood is interesting. I like the strong zig-zag. The only thing I might suggest is to find and boost a strong white point. |

Action tonightby cwalmyeComment: Nice photo. You lost me a bit with the title, but I can't hold it against you. There would be a number of refinements that would improve it in advanced editing but all would get you DQ'e here. Good job. |

"Lucky Seven'by tfarrell23Comment: There have been a lot of coin shots this challenge. They all suffer from weak compositions in my opinion, as does this one. Otherwise a well executed and workmanlike photo. |

7 Red Stripesby eaglebeckComment: Clearly meets the challenge. Focus of the moving flag is well done. Nice vibrant colors. Sky could be a bit more dramatic but with basic editing, there's not much you can do except wait for thunderstorms. I am as patriotic as the next guy, but the subject doesn't grab or hold my interest. |

"Thanking My Lucky Stars!"by jemisonComment: I like the composition (slanted horizon and all). Stark silhouette is nice. Good use of implied lines. Sunsets usually do well here and this is a nice one. I am generally not a fan of borders but this one works well because of the dimension of it and the color. Well done. |

Park Packby thejahnComment: I like the colors and the stark erector set feel of the branches. If you had included a strong white point, this would have "felt" better to me. But in fact, I'm not sure where you would have gotten it. |

Looking Downby PeterCComment: Very interesting composition ... risky ... but well enough done to succeed. I'd love to lose the verticle line on the right but with basic editing, I'm not sure how. Good. Job! |

untitledby Ricky CleaveComment: There are a lot of little reasons I shouldn't like this but the whole transcends the parts. Very well done. |
