Wildflowersby sibelingComment: In order to pull off a shot like these you really need to knock that background out of focus. Needed to be much closer to the subject and use as wide an aperture as you can.
As it is, I find the background way to busy and the floweres just dont stand out enough 2/10 |

Reaching for the skiesby kerrangComment: Nice enough shot but I find the missing hand a big distraction. I like the clouds too, reckon a spot of burning in photoshop might be called for to make them seem even more oppressive. |

Bridal Veil Fallsby ecorrusComment: Very pretty, but the foreground looks a little too dark too me. The skyline is nice and the shutterspeed is nice too, with just the right amound of movement in the water. Good effort! |
