Primarily Trufflesby Kha0SComment: too much distraction from all the bright reflections and not enough depth of field for my taste. if working with such limited DOF, the part that is in focus should be more obvious and dominating, IMHO. |

Bermuda's Childby slingshotComment: nice shot, could have used a tighter crop, particularly to get rid of the two lights on the left and right edge of the picture. |

On guardby mannenComment: cool shot, like the shallow DOF. too bad the upper right corner is blown out. if it wasn't for that, the whole picture could use a little more brightness - I'm looking at it on a very bright screen and it still looks rather dark. |

M/Wby Thousands_FallComment: I have a very bright screen and still I can barely guess the two figures on that sign. Plus I don't quite see the extraordinary element in this. Sorry, doesn't work for me. |

Tee Timeby CountComment: darn, I really envy you for the lens you were using here. this shallow DOF is amazing. I wonder whether having a full silhouette of the golfer in the background wouldn't have made this even better. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great as it is.
Good luck! |

Waitingby evenendresenComment: come on, who would let her wait? ;-) I like the composition, lighting and blue cast, I think the latter works really well here + I'm sure she'd actually have the blues by 9:53... |

Fisherman's patience by ParentxComment: don't see how this could be any better... great mood, colors, silhouette. I also like the horizon that far up in the frame and guessing from the reflection, you still captured the interesting part of the sky with this choice. way up there ;-)
good luck! |

Waiting for Dinnerby CantiqueComment: thank God this is just a "pocket-size tiger" ;-) great cat shot, love the shallow DOF, although the eyes would have been nicer if a little crisper. good luck! |

BUS STOPby bobdaveantComment: really like the depth (and shallow DOF) of this and the punchy b&w |
