Hi Jeff, what a wonderfull spot to find, a great shot and well worth the ramble! A couple of thoughts - It was said earlier the falls were a little central and I agree, also even though the top left has a nice diagonal I think that area detracts a little from the shot (but shows the surroundings well). I took the liberty of doing a quick crop (will pm you with the url as I never asked to do it). I'm wondering if closing down the aperture and boosting the ISO to keep the same shutter speed would have added a little more sharpness to the right hand rocks?

The foreground stones in the milky river set this shot off really well - a shot to be proud of :)

Colours are lovely as is the composition but the image is let down by nothing being in sharp focus. Fotog commments and shot details would help here, if the stamen were in sharp focus this would be sooo much beter imho.

Super shot 'T' and well done on your first challenge! Your desat and painting back of the colour is very natural (I'd not of known if you had not said). I agree with electina and a touch better focus might have seen this in the top 20.

I love to see a great shot and maybe offer improvement. My first thought was there is too much foreground but after viewing for a moment longer I like it. Maybe rotate it a degree or so to the right? Great capture Sameer.

I've played with water drops mysel (and plan to do more). You have a good sharp image hear and the 'void' really adds to the image. Its a pity you don't have all of the top drop in the shot and I'd be inclined to crop it out.

I agree with Julie about the crop and would like to have seen some shot info. As a pool player myself it seems strange the balls are set up for a break with the cue ball being on the cushion?

I remember voting on this (an 8). I would have voted higher but for the blown out sky, revisting it however I think the sky adds to the overall image of bleakness. I quite like the lean but thing rotation a degree or so to the right might have more impact? (I guess its not still there for a retake?)
