Another fine example of why I'm not voting in this challenge. I like the shot and the foreground helps give depth but I couldn't say I've never seen anything 'like' this on dpc before and waterfalls are pretty darn close to becomming a cliche shot here. |

Face in The Crowdby skasubaComment: comment only.
I do like people pics, is this unique because that group of people have never been seen on dpc before as street photography is popular here. This, is exactly why I'm not voting in this challenge, I like the action and colour you captured but I'd not say this was unique so would have voted it down (as I would most of the shots). |

Yup, I don't recall seeing anything like this on dpc before. I've stared at it for too long now and my eyes are hurting. Will look for what it really is post challenge. |

Eating Healthy Is Refreshing by straitedgexxComment: not voting.
Are we trying to avoid 'cliche' by using broccoli? Whilst I enjoy the art of dropping things into water at dpc I don't consider this to be unique just because I've not seen this vegetable dropped into water so for me (if I was voting) this would not fit the challenge. |

Yup, I've not seen this before at dpc so fits the challenge well, is it a compelling image to me? well no but do admire the carpentry and history here. |

And They Say You Can't Polish A ...by GeneralEComment: comment only

A Colorful Subjectby Blue MoonComment: comment only.
I can honestly say I've not seen a before and after shot of this effect in a submitted image so yes, fits the challenge well. To me the inks are a little out of focus and the image needs straightening a tad. I love ink/smoke images but for me they need to be sharp and soft at the same time, this shot might be better with a WB adjustment imho. |

I've seen photographs...but never Poetry!by TruegshtComment: comment only
Yup, its unique to dpc as this image hasn't been submitted before (to my knowledge) so certainly meets the challenge but does it have the 'wow, this is unique' factor? If I were to vote I'd probably hit the 5 button. |
