Rusted in its Tracksby MWittComment: The way this is composed it feels a lot like a snapshot--many background distractions and not much to hold one's interest. Why not get close up on those treads? |

Rusty Rainbowby larrylefComment: Nice abstraction. I like the inclusion of the pine needles but the lines they create keep dragging me out of the photo. Intense colors! (You do lose the rusty feel by saturating so much, though.) Still, makes an interesting image overall. |

Rusted and Bondedby edwalk74Comment: Though you've limited the depth of field the background is still a distraction. Seems a little overexposed, too. There's a nice sculptural feel to the subject, just think it needs to improve on the technique. |

Plain Rust...by tpoultonComment: The square pipe is interesting but the whole composition doesn't seem to say much. Focus/depth of field could be more refined. The image is very grainy--even the plain background! |

Fogottonby trainComment: The lantern makes an interesting subject. I like that the detail shows the text and crackle of the rusty bits. The red flowers are a little out of focus and feel a bit saturated creating an unncessary distraction. Nice find. |
