Sorry about the tough introduction to dpchallenge. As you can see, meeting the criteria well is important to a lot of people. Perhaps you could have recoloured the table yellow using photoshop. The image still has some focus issues though - partly because of low light.

If the coin was rotating as you mentioned then perhaps a really slow shutter speed could have showed the rotation. I'm not sure if your camera is good at Macro, but with 3MP resolution you could have cropped the coin to make it larger, rather than resize the image down.

You did very well to get such a sharp shop of the moving taxi - I've always wanted to try following a subject like this, but would probably do a terrible job. It really brings the yellow taxi into the centre of attention. Great job.

Focus is great. The lighting is interesting - almost too harsh and shallow, but kind of adds to the mood you seem to be creating. The left corner of the rope is almost too bright though.

Such an aggressive angle for this shot - it helps create an uneasy feeling. Focus is fine. The image looks washed out, but the building in the lower left implies that the levels are already maxxed out. Focus is good.

Great texture in this shot. I don't think Black and Yellow is any less effective than Black and White in this instance. I like the black bits being mainly at the bottom of the image - good composition.
