Like a still from an episode of Perry Mason :-) I like the suspense.
I would have gone with a bit more contrast and maybe some grain. Either from high ISO or added in post. I like contrasty B/W shots.

I like the "fractured" look. Simple and powerful.
I don' like that i can see the camera. Don't know if cloning it out would have been OK with Advanced Editing rules, though. Better this than a DQ.

Nice one. A bit on the grainy side, though.

I like the composition, the cutout part on the right, the negative space on the left and the highlight in the middle that separates the bass from the background.

Not very stripy one, but who cares, i like it. :-)

I recognize these stripes. They won the previous Stripes challenge.



The glass ball, the upside-down martini glass, the tilted angle and even the basic color. The only difference is that this one is blue-on-blue, and the previous one was blue-on-white with subtle difference in the lighting.

Don't get me wrong, the image is excellent and variations on a theme are OK as far as i'm concerned, but it's the same shot that won the previous challenge. Not very original :-(.
