This one has potential. Subject is interesting. Colors and exposure are on the spot, but the image lacks some details in the execution.

Depth of field - Both deeper and shallower would have been better that this, IMO. The fence is both here and not here.

Framing - That chimney begs to be included fully in the picture. That roof end was probably unavoidable without loosing the straight-on perspective that i really like in this shot.

Since you opted for color, why didn't you include the whole flag at the top? It would have been a nice touch. But this doesn't bother me as much as the fact that the horizon is slightly tilted to the right. Just a bit, but my mind cannot seem to ignore it :-(

Yes, B&W works better. I was under the impression the the colors were red and white, i don't know why. If it were, than color would work too. It would work also with the Polska Dot :-)
