I like the angle this picture was taken. Contra light is always difficult, maybe using a flash (not too strong) to compensate the dark "frame" around the falling water. An 8 from me

The shadow is nice. The focus is not really on the water. (only the lower part of the water seems sharp) A 6 from me.
