Copperhead Exitby BaldurTComment: This is a lovely shot and the lighting is perfect, the only knock is that the balloon is pretty much gone at the moment of exposure so I expect it will be knocked down from where it would score in an open challenge. |

Have a nice day!by Yo_SpiffComment: Nice composition and use of colors, I just wish the edges of the yellow balloon were a bit more in focus, I like the blur of the background so its a fine line but if you had gotten a bit more separation between the two it would have helped. |

Burnt Offering (Tales of an American Dad, pt. 1) by mpetersComment: Grats on the back door ribbon Mark, very nice work, and thanks for the "how to" lighting link, I'd agree with the idea of a stronger gel, and perhaps had you rotated the background so it was a bit simpler, it would have put more focus on the heroic barbeque master. Great idea, well executed, shame about the model ;)

Rising triplets (under the rules)by duartixComment: Lovely shot but the image is in the wrong phase for the challenge, so this image has to be an image of another image, perfectly legal, but it will garner a lower score than if you had used an image of a full or near full moon. Well done, but for that. |
