The Money Manby PennyStreetComment: the contrast of the sign, the man's expression and the highrise in the background really work for me. |

Live Out Loudby hihosilverComment: I gave it a 7, lots of great spontaneous energy bursting out of the frame, and the crouching figure in the corner really give strong context. Not my lowest finishing high mark, but close. |

Man vs. Nature by KarenNfldComment: Another lovely subtle well seen image. You have a delicacy of vision which is to be treasured. |

Equilibriumby AllenPComment: this is such a lovely subject, but at 800 pixels the details are muted, and the complexity eats itself into a muted field. Closer in, better light, more contrast, or just a larger canvas; I'm not sure where the ideal answer lies but something is missing. |

Two sides of loveby JonoTuckerComment: The lighting is a bit flat, a more dramatic setup with more shadows and highlights on the book would have made this sing. |

Harmonyby crikComment: To make this simple image really work I would suggest getting as close as possible to the full 800 pixels, and really nailing the textures in post processing. The concept is sound and the colors are lovely, but you are stealing your own thunder. |

untitledby HingoComment: The repetition of the form in overlapping shadows takes this from a "meh" shot to the land of the well rendered image. |

At the interfaceby PaulComment: Avery nice image, perfectly lit to bring out the texture, but i don't know why it was rotated into the vertical. It feels like the mismounted image in the slideshow where the audience tilts it's head sideways to enjoy the image. |
