	IMG_0345 by AussieChris Comment: nice light here. If you had just a whisper of fill light in the shadows , the kind you would get having a small flag of paper to bounce some of the light from the left to fill in the right hand side of the image, it might keep the eye more entertained over in the shadows.

	Chive On... by Pixlmaker Comment: You really nailed the main subject, and have some nice bokeh going, but the placement of the second flower, just behind the one in focus steals a lot of the magic here. A slight move to one side or the other would have made a better image. Or just snipping off the flower. Message edited by author 2014-08-01 20:32:13.

	A Burst Of Purple! by Pixlmaker Comment: I think this shot got undervalued because of the recent fireworks challenge. I don't see how it deserves all those sub 5 scores, it has nice foreground interest and a solid purple subject. Shrug, who understands the voters?

	True Love by pearlseyes Comment: Very clever, the only knock is that bluish fill on the right is distracting; a gentle fill of the same color balance of the main light would have served this image better. Still a top 5 image.
