I honestly can't say whether I like this image or not which is not to say I think it's bad. Quite the contrary it is very interesting, dark, moody... Like your subject is expelling some evil possesion. That or he is extracting a tooth the hard way, LOL. (sorry, couldn't resist) The lighting and composition is very good. I also light the slight blur - it adds to the atmosphere of the photo. Good work :-)

Wow! How totally awesome! This is as good as winning a ribbon, I tell ya! Can't wait to show my son (he's sleepin right now) how his portrait placed. He told me earlier tonight that he wants to be the greatest guitar player in the world, he's taking lessons, and he practices every day. I'm so very proud of him! :-D

As we're going about our daily lives, we see these things all the time. Personally, I've never thought to photograph one but obviously that is my own lack of vision because you have made a stunning image with this very mundane subject. The composition is excellent and what makes this photograph.

This is a lovely image; I like the reflections, the colors and the mood. But would some grain have been so terrible? Hey, it's your image and by golly you presented the way you wanted it to too look just as you should have. But IMHO, a little noise can sometimes add to an image. Nice work

This is sooo "Interview with a Vampire"! Is this a girlgirlgirl shot? Regardless, I have really enjoyed viewing it and the image does an excellent job of conveying a dark and sultry melody. I can hear it in the background... Good job! Gave it an 8; bumped it to a 9.
