I love the drama introduced into the static flower, the effect is very cool, not sure I would hang somthing with these colours though it reminds me a bit much of my nana's bathroom wallpaper (which is probibly only going to be an issu with me :D ).

I very much like the styling of this image, the high key subtle shapes and textures giving enough information to complete the portrait without giving it all away as in a generic template shot.

This works for me. The colours, contrasts, and textures come together in just the right way. The warming/yellowing of the image is subtle and only when returning to analyse the image in more depth do i even realise it has been done. The brush itself is an artifact of some baeuty and it's has that well loved look to it, aged but not excessively abused. To me this is what wabi sabi seams to mean. Showing signs of both wear and care.
