Beyond the Playgroundby how03Comment: I like this. I had to look at it for a while but it get's me. The use of B&W was a good choice, and the depth of field is good. I think a bit more depth would be nice but the haze over such a distance is difficult to deal with. |

The River...by victor01Comment: This is a site with great potential. It feels a bit too dark for me, and in particular the theme element is too subtle. |

Gaurding the Hoist Roomby ShmeeComment: I like the way you preserved depth of field (pretty difficult to achieve in a phot like this). Colors and sharpness are good. I do not find the subject matter that interesting though. |

double "D"fenceby SimpaComment: Though this is a clever take on the theme, I do not think it really fits. |

Snow Postsby drewsephComment: I think I would prefer the posts to be upright and the image to be cropped vertically instead. I think the use of B&W was good and I like the use of focus. |

fence linesby pointandshootComment: I really like this. I love the tonal range (and the use of black & white) and the fact that the focus is sharp in the center only. Very nice job. |

Esotericby crazydaisyComment: A very nice photo that is potentially very interesting. I like the rustic feel, and the use of the visual elements, however I don't like the big white space in the top left of the image. I would probably back up and use a zoom to try and put more trees in that space. |

Wind Breakersby charmayneComment: I do not normally like fences and other things in the foreground, however, I think you have done a wonderful job of incorporating the fences into this image. They are an integral part of and make the subject that mutch more interesting. Very good job! |
