I worked at 'The Geysers' in California and suffered a hearing loss (silence) because of the LOUD roar they sometimes produced. I don't think that this Geyser would have ever produced the Same ROAR! Compelling composure, Wondering now if it was a roaring wind or blast that came through the scene in times past that produced the snags?

Oh NO it's 'that time again! Made me laugh & got the extra point. Technically it's a bit tough to get the 'WOW' effect with a simple subject such as this.

Beautiful & Majestic image, yet I've heard roaring winds & the sounds of avalanches on mountains like this which for me keeps this shot from completely conveying silence.
