These hands are mineby xXxscarletxXxComment: Excellent, favorite of the challenge thus far. Great face, great expression, I like the framing with the hands, one minor critique, I'd like that whole pinky in the frame. |

Let's play!by AnnaPComment: Greetings from the Critique Club Anna,
Cool Border collies! I have two myself.
You received some really good comments on this that I feel offer you a lot of insight. The brick wall and the framing alone would make for a really good shot alone, and the dogs playing in the snow would also make for a good shot. With both in the same shot they are competing for attention and overwhelm the viewer. When I look at the photo I see the brick wall, and then itâs like âhey there are two dogs down there too.â One or the other would be better for me.
Technical wise, the snow is very over exposed. Shooting a photo with part snow and part not snow is difficult. Also, the photo is not really sharp and could use a little tweeking of the colors.
Hope you find this helpful. Good luck on future challenges!

The Photographerby LucidLotusComment: I like the composition and over all I like the photo. Critique wise, I'd like to see more contrast in the plants. They all same to be pretty much the same shade and the guy is the same shade. Also, if I were not a photographer I might not know what the heck the guy is doing and why he has a steel pole coming out from between his legs. |
