Great use of rule of thirds here and a very nice shot. I really like all the blue with the islands giving just enough contrast, and the reflection of the boat gives a vry nice feel to it.
Suggestions: clone out the other boat, or next time wait until it passes if you can, maybe a little burning on the island to the left to get rid of the fog/haze, and maybe a little neat image to clean up the sky (but those are nit picky things on a really nice photo).

I really like the photo and I think it shows good emotion. However, you struck out on the title. A title to tie in to the emotion and this is a homerun. Good thing for you I don't vote on the title :)
