0860by MajankaComment: I really like the perspective in this shot. The shadows seem a little blocked on my monitor, but not too badly and there is some detail there, so I didn't take off for it. Monitors differ. I wish there were a bit more catchlight in the eye to bring them to life, and make the dark eyes easier to pick out from the black cow face. Very cool and quirky shot. 7 from me. |

Der Himmel über Berlinby Rino63Comment: I love the grainy, contrasty b/w conversion you did here. I like the negative space, too. I am not sure about the tilt, though, but I can't think of how I would have composed differently. I might have cropped off or burned the bright cloud at the very top of the frame. 7 from me. |

Sensuousby RudyC310Comment: Beautiful lighting on your model. It flatters her and brings out the curves (which suits your mood very nicely) and I love the shadow making a triangle with her legs. Nice composition and tones throughout. On my monitor (which is calibrated) you have lost detail in her hair and it has no seperation from the furniture. I don't like the hotspot on the wall in the upper corner. It draws my attention away from the subject. 7 from me. |

African Nightby md8speedComment: Very cool composition! SO different from the usual landscape - I love the 'horizon' being replaced with the side of a cliff. The sillohutte of the tree is perfectly placed. Beautiful colors. 8 from me. |

Sweet Dreamsby lauraodomComment: Sweet shot of an adorable little baby, Nice job getting light in to his face. I think the shoes are cute, but it makes the little feet look disproportionally big. As a shot of your own little one, this is great. If it were a professional shot, I would have the baby barefoot so we could see his cute little feet, and put the shoes on the shelp somewhere. I would burn the hotshpot in the upper right corner of the frame |

Field of Dreamsby PedroComment: Very cool idea and well executed. I love the textures of the wheat. Your colors are great and you did a good job keeping detail ni the white dress. I wish the horizon didn't cut through their heads, especially with the three line back there. Maybe a lower camera position would have worked better, putting more wheat in the foreground and having their head and shoulders above the horizon. |

Newby jaxedComment: This is a lovely execution of a classic newborn shot. You captured a great expression on the little one. I love the tones of your b/w conversion. I think this would have been better lit with the main light camera right. Then, the light would not be coming from 'below' the baby's face, it would sweep across his face from the top down. Your shadows would fall beneath the chin and below the nose where they should be, instead of above the nose and lip as they are here. |
