Sincerely, I think it could be much better without the selective desaturation - the scenery is contrasted and spectacular enough, it don't need that kind of artificial emphasis.
By the way, the postprocessing created pale halos around the trees.
As is, 5. Would be in the range 7 or 8 with a more natural processing IMO.

A lot of technical issues IMO: the rainbow looks fake (but is real...I just saw a similar picture in the same challenge :), the filter you used killed the details, there is noise and a lot of chromatic aberrations (green and purple halos around the shapes)...This said, the idea was interesting and, in spite of the technical flaws, the feeling to be almost IN the rainbow is present.
