A very well composed shot with excelent clarity. I like the tone of the sky and think it adds to the photo by giving it a creepy or errie feeling. I like the dark spots in it as well such as the door and find it leaves more to the imagination. I do find the brush to be a little distracting but aside from doing some landscaping before you took the photo there is nothing you could do about it. Perhaps it would have done better in B&W? altho I really think color was the way to go. I do think that a lot of people underrated your photo and I believe that is due to so many entries. Hope this helps bit and good luck in the future challenges.

Would have scored a <9> had it been level. I like the grainyness and the B7W conversion and the faintness of the person in the photo. I think it adds to the photo and raises the bar in this challenge. well done and good luck.

Unfortunately there is nothing in this photo that would suggest the building is abandoned. The glass in the door appears to be in tact. A nice choice in DoF but the parts that are clear are just a bit to grainy or pixelated. I do like the B7W conversion and find for this particular challenge is is suited. Good luck in this challenge.

Excellent colors and clarity but to me this photo says ruins not abandoned and that would say to me that it doesn't fit the challenge very well. The size of the image is a little smal as well. Good luck in this chalenge.
