and one day red and blue made a compromise...by PhileineComment: Either the shelf is warped or that's barrel distortion. Nice idea but image is a little too busy. If you could eliminate some of the unnecessary elements and zero more in on the "purpleness", your composition would've been stronger. |

Beeby BobsterLobsterComment: Bee appears a little soft on the focus but I know how hard it is to capture these little suckers! (I had to use a dead one for my self portrait amongst other reasons and potential threats of handling a live bee). Still, even the flowers seem a bit soft. Excellent composition, only gripe is the focus. |

purple symmetryby cmangisComment: Symmetrical in theory (and title) but not composition wise. Since flower is "leaning" to the left, I wouldn't have minded if the stem was centered. Still, the right side feels heavier because of the dark trees in the background. |

liquid lightshowby cbonsallComment: Nicely executed. Would've pulled much farther back as to capture more of the purple light effect on the background. Image cropped a little close to the red flask and blue flask is centered. I'd give a little more clearance on the left and shifted the blue to be offcenter to the left, balancing the purple casted light. |
