these are the type of images that, in my opinion, mean the most - the ones you will look back and remember fun times, the ones where your kid is having fun being a kid, or your dog is being adorable in the way that only pets can truly be. I love these images because they actually Mean Something.
Please - keep doing what you are doing, because you do it very well, and it is something that is worth doing. :)

have to say, the people don't really look like either one are happy to be doing this. it's almost like it's a brother getting a kiss from his sister and the girl looks like she's contractually obligated to do this but is going to make the photog pay up immediately upon the shutter being pressed.

on the positive, the models are well lit, clearly in focus and attractive in their own right, and in terms of size compared to the card, they are well proportioned, it's just not my idea of a Christmas card
