Broken Glassby lizzyc3Comment: this image has a very unique look and feel to it. took me awhile to realize that the glass was broken (call me slow). i might've preferred a different angle, but i have yet to produce an image with this feel, so i'll leave that choice up to you ;) |

Symbolic of a Failing Education Systemby dartompkinsComment: very creative interpretation and representation. i especially like the slant that you've added to this shot, as i feel a completely horizontal image would've made it relatively boring. |

The Dogs Broke Meby eaglebeckComment: creative interpretation, but i would've liked to see more focus and perhaps could've lost the big 'Racing Form' sheet, as it doesn't look too authentic - maybe some other things in the wallet could make it seem more used (an ID?). either way, good idea. |

Broken...I hate when that happens!by SweetlipsComment: haha - i just saw another broken cork in the challenge not long ago and commented "i hate when that happens". anyways, i DO hate when that happens - but, interesting image and angle. perhaps a slightly cleaner/less dusty opener would've helped here, but it's still a strong image. |

Pain in the Neckby smellyfish1002Comment: nice background color that works well for this subject. your title adds quite a bit more to this photo than i would normally interpret, so kudos on that. |

Broken, Beaten, and Abandonedby JEFFJSBComment: great subject and shot, i really like it - surprised there aren't more junker cars in this challenge. your DOF choice seems like you may have found the windshield the most interesting, and i think i agree. i'm curious if you got any interesting angles/shots of the windshield on its own - they could make for some great images! |

Halvesby deapeeComment: very clean cut, which makes it even more interesting. normally i would want the broken object to be in focus, but for some reason this seems to work as well. very compelling and orderly looking (unnatural) arrangement, which i might not normally like but works well for this shot. some sharpness and color tweaking could've really made this one POP. |

Break Pointby PoobaComment: ooohh, i like it - very interesting interpretation and good find - i would also like this if it weren't for the challenge. too bad that white line intersects the thread, cuz that distracts me for some reason. either way, nice shot! |

Screwed Upby hopperComment: ouch. i hope this thing was broken ahead of time
if not, i think you've reached a new level of "what people will do for challenges". perhaps a tripod and some tweaking in photoshop would've increased sharpness and made the colors pop. |
