Kinkaid Streetby BalkoComment: i've never done ir so i assume this required a long shutter. perhaps it was taken at night though for me it's tough to tell by just looking at the pic as the shadows seem extremely prominent. composition wise i would have liked to see more done with it, expecially the amount of sky vs ground as it currently seems unbalanced. |

Power & Speed In Slow Motionby loriprophotoComment: nice capture. just a hair overexposted. just a personal perference but i would have liked the blur on just the foreground or the background. i'm thinking bluring the background while keeping the horse more in focus with a pan would have worked the best. perhaps you tried that and it's easier said than done as the feet move faster than the body. so maybe concentraiting on the head would have been easier. just some thoughts from someone who has never tried this technique and needs to do so before posting comments. |

Viva La Nauticaby idnicComment: nice aloofness. though it feels a bit too posed for me, given the setting. 'mi wondering if there was a better angle where she didn't have to be on the boat, yet still give the viewer the impression it was her boat. |

Golden Eraby fiveriversComment: nice lighting, interesting use of grain, nice angle. i'm not a big fan of focusing complety on another piece of art, but i'm getting a lot of drama from this object, i'm sure that took some work |

Abundant Loveby Cari StiffarmComment: i'm all for motion blur...but i feel this is a wee bit too much and makes the pic difficult for me to look at. i understand it was tough conditions. what would have helped the shot alot for me would have been to shift the frame to the left and to capture his hand. i think that would have made for a very interesting composition |

That's Lifeby BrianRComment: i wish you had taken the pic while the boat was a bit farther out so it wouldn't have to share the shot with the other one. |

Mind of...by WadeComment: i like the concept. it took a few seconds for me to decipher it was a penny. your processing kind of led me too that problem. the texture of the ground you've chosen is kind of distracting as well. also you have alot of open foreground that isn't doing your shot any justice. i'll stop now as this is probably going to score higher than mine ;) |

Tampa Bay Shantyby usiaComment: always nice to see some new shots of tampa bay. perhaps you won't get discouraged and next one will be shown a bit larger. |

360 Modena Spiderby wmprkgComment: crisp pic. i wish the car and not the horse was the center of my attention. obviously the wall is reflecting a yellow tint but i'd like to see the car more in its true color, perhaps with some white balance adjustments or saturation adjustments in photoshop. from seeing the horse's reflection in the hood, i'm thinking it would have been cool to shoot just the car and see the horse on the wall as a reflection...if possible. |

Religious Goldby sajinComment: very crisp pic. this was very well lit or you used your flash to perfection. wish you had done more with the composition or angle as it just feels like you're piggy backing off of the artist's work. |
