IMG_7306a.jpgby dwterryComment: This is very nice. Why won't you make a print of it? I really like the vibrant color on the flower in the foreground. Having the foreground off focus is also an effect I've never made succesfully. The composition also seem less centered than your other photo, wich is great. |

The Balancing Actby aerogurlComment: What kind of glue did you use??? Very good photo, very good idea. At first, I tought that shooting that photo at an other time of the day in order to get the sun in front would have been better, BUT, after looking a little longer to it, I kind of liked the color the sun gave to the images at that specific moments. Maybe overexposing a little bit in order to get more contrast would have done the job well. Great photo anyway. Congratulations. |

Golden Orb at Dawnby NodeComment: Hi Bob. Yuk, I hate spiders. the photo is good. The DOF is excellent, and the exposure is also good. I probably would have tried for a tighter crop or a little bit more zoom in order to get the "dirt" on the left (looks like dead bugs) out of the photo and to get the spider off-center. |

I Spy ........ A bugby TikicharmComment: I like the flower, the composition is good too. More DOF would have helped your photo in my taste and a little bit more contrast. You seem to have picked the perfect time to shoot this flower. More saturation would have given more punch to your purple. Lot of details for a flower that seem so small. |

Lest We Forget...by doctornickComment: You seems to like doing diagonal composition. I think it's great but I' ve not mastered the technique myself. every time I tri it my photo seem tilted. However yours is not. I like very much the exposure and the time of day you chose seem to have gave your photo a nice lighting. The only dowside is the sepia tone you chose wich seem a little bit too much green. Good shot anyway |

By Mornings Lightby jenesisComment: Composition, lighting, and exposure are obviously good in this case, unfortunately, one of the major point that make a good flower shot is the color. |

Sunflowerby StevePaxComment: EXtreeeeeeme close-up. I'm unable to get an intense yellow like this in the flower I shoot. It's always bleeding and clipping. I really like the idea of taking a sunflower from the side and not having a background. It's the kind of image I always like but I never have the guts to crop a subject. Congrats, |

Electric Fragilityby moodvilleComment: Hi Moodville. Hi think that many photographer starting with many should try to learn a lot from your flower shot. They're so different. This one is perfect. I just don't know what to say. How can you get an image as sharp as this. Congrats. |

flower_0036by cbellerComment: That one is really hot. I like the composition. It's hard to get a good composition shooting flowers. The only negative point is about DOF wich don't seem to be deep enough to get all the flower in focus. Great image. |

Loveby BobsterLobsterComment: That shot is awesome. The DOF is perfect. The backgroung is perfectly saturated and dark enough to let the flower really "stand out" of the image. Congratulation. I added it to my favorites. |
