This is a very neat photo but I dont see how you relate it to action. I'm not sure if this was staged or if you were just waiting for the right moment but the only suggestion I would make is to have the two doors open the same amount. The left door for instance is a little distracting with the over exposed portion.

This is a great action shot but the back groud is too cluttered. I also have a feeling that she is doing a jump kick... it would have been nice to catch the extended leg of the kick.

The editing job looks great... but a couple of the pics look like they could have been sharper... looks like a little motion blur. It looks overcast or low light so I can see why it would have been difficult to get a faster shutter. Just open up the aperture and maybe bump up the iso if need be. Great shot none the less.

I think it could have done without the caulk gun sticking out of the bottom of the photo but other than that its a very nice capture.
