This is a macro shot, and as such there is very little DOF to work with. This was also a very little spider. For me I think that the legs going out of focus on the ends, makes this spider look and feel bigger then it really was. It has a sence of power... Looking back now it doesn't have as much a sence of waiting as I orginaly thought, but I still love this shot.

Sparkling personality by timmiComment: Great image, but I would have like this more with a female nude and a compleat black background (floor included) I think that would have given off just enough light to highlight the female feature, kind of like in the Bond Film Intros. |
