hot shot: frozen editionby idealoddsComment: I think this would be more impactful just a bit more brightly exposed/blown out with some more saturation. it's a fun party-type photo, but it doesn't really feel too exciting, despite being on an angle. |

This One's on Me.by Samantha_TComment: if they served drinks in a hospital waiting room, this would be it. the greenish grey-blue color cast is very sterile. the bubbles in the drink being poured are interesting to me, as are the side-reflections in the glasses themselves.
Not sure about the title, as there aren't people in the scene. |

Hot Shotsby LawtonComment: everything feels a bit haphazardly placed, which brings some of the atmosphere of the shot down some. the most interesting part of the image is the right side of the right-most blue drink, there's either some flame or smoke, or something there, but it looks lovely. The glasses feel a bit flat in contrast, maybe some form of a side or hair light could be used to make the lip shine? |

T E Q U I L A ! by Anthony_D_ArcherComment: nice shot. I think I would have tried reversing the order of the lemon wedge and salt, as there appears to be a much stronger highlight on the right side of only the first glass. The liquid in the middle glass feels a bit colorless, giving impressions of water. the reflection of the lemon adds some wonderful contrast though. |

Close friendsby HistoricusComment: I think this would have been a little bit more effective with a better liquor bottle. the color is nice, but the shape is reminiscent of a wine bottle, and wine & shotglasses don't really have that sort of relationship to one another.
on the technical side, I like the crop & exposure. everything seems sharp. The shot glas is a bit dingy looking on the right side (in the reflection area). |

Shot-o-Mintby chellezfotozComment: interesting subject. I'm curious if you bought the mint like that, or molded it yourself.
on the technical side, everything on black makes this look like it's floating. I wish there was something to ground it, or help establish perspective. |

fantasie cordialeby tnunComment: I'm not really sure what I'm looking at. I see a wine glass and a painting/colored fabric. On the technical side, the lighting feels a bit flat on the wine glass, especially around the base. the little black things are interesting, and make a neat texture, but I don't get what they are, and their smallish size makes the wine glass look like it's very large. |

Making it Lastby tfarrell23Comment: The can looks refreshing, and all the technicals are spot on. I like the red of the glass matching with the red of the can. I wish the drink itself looked a bit more... alive. It looks almost flat, maybe just a jiggle or a stir to get some of the carbonation to kick up would have helped? |

Trying to forgetby pixelstudioComment: nice lighting in this, especially around the male's shirt. is this a two light setup? from above and from the left?
I like not seeing his eyes. With such dramatic lighting though, this feels so .... clean. The model is good, full of expression, but I think this shot is too wide, and can get the same mood/effect without so much of the clutter. |

Eat first, drink laterby hajekaComment: I'm not really sure what's going on in this shot. The white 'stopper' looks like wax, but it has an herb on it?
the background splits into two different tones of white which seems really accidental. |
