This is a wonderful black and white. I stared at this for a few minutes, wondering if the guy on the left was either (A) smoking, (B) zipping up his jacket, or (C, and my favorite) pulling out a gun to rob the guy on the right :) Nice!

I like the composition and the exposure of the foreground, but your sky and clouds look a little blown-out. Perhaps an HDR or selective tone mapping would have worked well here to compensate.
