I like the idea of this...the reflection. The background works real well. There seems to be too many elements in the picture though. They don't seem to all go togther...nothing that really binds them. Does that make sense to you? Too much to look at. I can't figure out what the thing is, that the egg is in. It looks sort of high tech. Also the thing sticking out of it, looks like a toothbrush handle.
The flower (?) competes with the subject.
With just the egg in the holder, it would make a good, very good abstract. Remove the stick and flower and I think you have a first class pic.
Technically this looks fine. Your exposure, focus, and post processing are very good. It's framed well too.

The coloring here is brilliant. That sky is just perfect. I love the lighting on the tree branches. It shows some texture. As for your cropping, it would have been better to see the tips of the branches. The composition is too tight to accomodate any text that a stock agency would look for.
Overall a pretty picture but lacking "WOW" factor.
